On the world map, players can travel freely as they seek out contracts, and once they engage with a hostile party, the view switches to a tactical map where the actual fighting takes place in exciting turn-based battles. The campaign takes place in a procedurally generated open world. Players will get a tremendous sense of freedom as they decide where to go, whom to hire or fight, which contracts they’ll take on and how they’ll train and equip their warriors. The game offers a mix between turn-based strategy and RPG gameplay and sees you take command of a mercenary company in a gritty, low-power medieval fantasy world.
